Attorney Caroline Earle graduated from McGill University (B.A., First Class Honors) and Indiana University School of Law (J.D., Cum Laude), where she was a Notes Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and is the author of the published Note,   The American Judicial Review Quagmire: A Canadian Proposal, 68 IND. L.J. 1357 (1993).  She is the founder of CSE Law, located on State Street in Montpelier.  Caroline’s practice areas include employment law, civil litigation, business counsel, estate planning, and probate litigation. 
Caroline is the former Chief of the Civil Litigation Division of the Vermont Attorney General’s Office, where she and her team provided litigation support to all of State government.  Caroline also served as Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Human Resources, where she was responsible for administering the State of Vermont’s largest workforce.  She has held numerous positions on public and private boards, including the Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce, the Aldrich Public Library, Central Vermont Adult Basic Education, and the Vermont Board of Bar Examiners.  She has held the position of President of Crossroads BNI (2017-2018), served as President of Barre Rotary (2017-2018), and is currently an Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 7850.  Caroline lives in Barre with her husband and four kids (one of whom is currently in college).
