If you are an incomming Rotary President in one of the 8 NE PETS districts, you should have received an e-mail invitation from your Governor Elect.
Early response is recommended – Radisson rooms usually sell out in the first two days. If you did not get your invitation please contact your Governo-Elect.
There are 3 parts to the
registration process
1. The Training Seminar – is pre-paid by your District
2. Meals – Paid by your district for Presidents-Elect. All other attendees may pay for meals upon registration. Vegetarian options are available for every meal. All registrations include a full meal package. Informative and inspiring speakers are scheduled at every meal each day.
3. Lodging – If you need lodging (and most do) you must select room nights when registering for PETS. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CALL OR WRITE THE HOTEL. The hotel will NOT have a record of your name, room assignment, or dates of stay as ALL ROOMS ARE HELD BY THE PETS COMMITTEE. The PETS Committee will assign rooms at the Radisson, at the Marriott, Crown Plaza and other overflow hotels and release the assignments to the hotels just prior to your arrival.
You will be notified as to your assigned hotel in advance of your arrival. Lodging payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-in (all major credit cards accepted). No-shows will be individually billed by the PETS Committee.
Presidents-Elects will be booked at the Radisson as space allows. Overflow will be booked at the Marriott, Crown Plaza and other area hotels as needed. (Please note: If you can share a room with a fellow President-Elect it would be a great help in housing more Presidents-Elect at the Radisson – and will reduce your costs). Assistant Governors will be booked at the Marriott, the site for all AG Training Sessions.
All others vary according to space limitations
